I've had Hondas all my life they are great cars I always loved my 05' 6-6 no real issues and it has 226,000 miles on it. This is just aggravating.

The j37 TB won't work on the j35 IM without an adaptor. P2R sells an adaptor that will work. The connector is plug n play but the different diameter TB doesn't lineup. It really is not that bad once you get the general idea and structure of coding. It's kinda of like learning English when you are a child then learning Spanish it may be different but it still shares the basic concepts as any language does.
